Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Herbert Bayer
Herbert Bayer: beautiful combinations of shapes and colors. I admire the simplicity in both photography and illustration.
Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Emmi Salonen
Emmi Salonen: the right picture reminds me Bauhaus design. I like the nice and clean work. Everything is in nice position, the shapes are really amazing as well as combinations of color. I have a pacific feel about her work.
Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Tom Eckersley
Tom Eckersley: beautiful works. I like the combination of colors and simplicity of his work. Some work have only two color.
Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Julian Montague
Julian Montague: Ilike the simplicity, the symbolic way he made his design.
Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Joanna Neborsky
Joanna Neborsky: I really like her work. The color in her color composition are amazing. The woman the shape of pipe and its smoke are beautiful build. The picture of three line novel is for me most amazing, I like the combination of colors there. The three people looking on posters, the cat, beautiful.
Research PART 3 - designers which I like, Bohumil Stepan
Bohumil Stepan: I like his work because it is simply, clear. Even though I do not know what connection the pictures have I have nice feel that I understand it. The women, the apple, the serpent = a sin. The red man (red color could be ashamed, be angry) is alone on the sea (in a problem?) on back. He used a few elements to expressed an idea (simple illustration and photo-montage).

Critique
I asked for critique people at my work.
There are comments on the three cards:
1. Divorced: This GC (greeting card) is for someone who is divorced, it is clear, but I wanted make someone a little bit happier. I wanted invite him somewhere to change his thoughts. It is like a joke for the divorced situations and only for man. Everyone who saw the card said it is clear and funny. We corrected some mistakes in text.
2. What will be in the glass: This GC is for someone who is struggling with alcohol addiction. It should be as support for him/her to face out the struggling. At this card I had to tell to reader (critique people) what it means because there is no sign what should the card tell to strange? When I explained what the card means everyone told me that it is clear for person who know what is going on here and in this way I think it is fine. Here after critique I changed something in text.
3. Miss a friend: This GC is about friendship. Sometimes we have not time to see our friends and we wanted to meet them, to see them, go with them on lunch etc., the card is inviting to keep up a friendship. One person told me that he thinks this card already was on market.
Overall I have to say that I had some problem to find an unusual event. After I found some of them I had problem with lateral thinking, I could not imagine anything. I wrote a few ideas but I think it was not enough. I was surprised how quick the final project appeared when I made mood boards. I do not know if it is good or not. Especially at GC Miss a friend: My first idea was referee who shows yellow card but when I put on mood board the landscape with flowers I knew what I want now and referee was forgotten. All vectors were downloaded, they were for free use. I am still learning basic of Illustrator.
After the cards were done, I was surprise that all cards have main theme about friendship! Also, I think that I made them very quick, maybe some exploration in lateral thinking help to build some other better design. I have feel that my cards are somehow lack of creativity. Maybe it is because I used illustrations made by someone else or it is my weakness skills with Illustrator.
If I had much more time I certainly make deeper explore in the pop-up cards which are amazing.
