Exercise: understanding color

According to Munker-white effect I made two version of the combinations of two color, one with white background and the second with nearly black background. It was not easy task to made combinations of colors to ideas as it looked. I had problems to find out which two colors could represent the ideas. For example: Creative is orange, so I used the color wheel (http://colorschemedesigner.com/), I choose orange and the most beautiful combination (for me) was with adjacent red color. On the contrary, the idea Reasonable was the hardest for me, I could not imagine what combination could be fine for it. I thought that the blue is knowledge, intelligence and yellow is intellect, wisdom, so I used here the combination of complement colors blue-yellow.

After a time when I looked at the Creative idea it seemed to me very dull.
