I have chose the Czech version magazine of National Geographic again. I found out two articles with same grid but one of them has photographs positioned out of grid. The magazine use simple 2 columns grid. I think the NG use the grid with more open space around the grid if we compare it with the TIME magazine. What is more the Time magazine use same space for three sides and according to the Grid systems book it is not well-proportioned (dull) design, not interesting even everything is within grid. If I compare the typefaces use in both magazines I think the Time is more readable than the NG. The main text font is somehow dull, I like the Proforma in Time, it looks better (fresh). I think that photographs in the first article should also fit into grid on the left side (back side). When everything is in grid it looks very attractive and pleasant to read as in examples of 20 grid field below.

The photographs out of the grid looks to me somehow disturbing like they fall out of the design.
