Tables and form

My experience with tables and form are from ones which are easy to fill or with forms that are confusing and very hard to understand what is needed to fill in. Anyway I think there is potential for graphic designer to turn the forms from boring design (black/white, non-fun columns) into a graphic design which can lead eyes from one information to another and give clear instructions.
